Watermelon Juice Recipe


**Ingredients:**

- 1 medium-sized watermelon (seedless preferred)

- Juice of 1 lime or lemon (optional)

- Fresh mint leaves (optional)

- Ice cubes


**Instructions:**

1. **Prepare the Watermelon:**

   - Wash the watermelon thoroughly.

   - Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh using a spoon. Discard any seeds if you’re using a seeded variety.


2. **Blend:**

   - Place the watermelon chunks in a blender. Blend until smooth. If the watermelon is too large to fit all at once, blend in batches.

   

3. **Strain (Optional):**

   - For a smoother juice, you can strain the blended watermelon through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp.


4. **Add Flavor:**

   - Add the juice of 1 lime or lemon to the blended watermelon for a zesty kick. This step is optional but adds a refreshing tang.

   - You can also add a few fresh mint leaves for a cooling effect.


5. **Serve:**

   - Pour the watermelon juice into glasses over ice cubes.

   - Garnish with a slice of lime/lemon or a sprig of mint if desired.


6. **Chill and Enjoy:**

   - Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours to enjoy chilled.
